Schedule Snapshots and a Refresh

Two Updates Built for Game Day

A smarter way to protect your schedule – and a tournament page your families will love.

Some updates come from watching where things go wrong. Others come from asking whether something good could be even better. Here's one of each.

Schedule Snapshots: Your Safety Net for Last-Minute Changes

Anyone who has managed a tournament schedule knows the feeling. You're a few days out from game day, someone calls with a change, and before you know it you're three edits deep wondering if you've just created a conflict somewhere else. Or worse – you've deleted something you needed.

Scheduling Snapshots fix that.

A snapshot is a saved copy of your schedule at a specific point in time. SincSports creates one automatically in two situations: when you delete a division, and when you publish your schedule. You can also save one manually at any point – before a big round of edits, at the end of a planning session, or any time you want a clean checkpoint to return to. You can even add a note to remind yourself what the snapshot was for. SincSports keeps your ten most recent snapshots, so you always have a meaningful window of history to work from.

The Schedule Snapshots screen in SincSports showing a list of saved snapshots with ID, timestamp, trigger type, divisions, games, and a Restore button for each. A Take Snapshot Now button appears at the top with an optional note field.

The Snapshots screen – your full snapshot history with one-click restore on each entry.

If something goes wrong, restoring is a single button click. A panel opens and gives you the choice: restore the entire schedule, or select specific divisions to bring back. You stay in control of exactly what gets rolled back.

The restore panel showing a dropdown menu with 'Entire event (all divisions)' selected, and a scrollable list of individual divisions below it.

Choose to restore the full event or select individual divisions.

Snapshots work whether your schedule is published or still in progress – so you're protected from the moment you start building, not just once the schedule goes live.

What this means for you

  • Make edits with confidence, knowing you can always get back to where you were
  • Restore the whole schedule or just the divisions you need
  • No more "I wish I hadn't done that" moments two days before the tournament

A Refreshed Tournament Schedule Page

The tournament schedule page is the most visited page on any tournament weekend. Parents are checking game times, coaches are looking at standings, kids are watching scores update. It's the face of your event for everyone who isn't on the sideline.

We've given it a significant refresh.

The page is now more mobile-friendly – which matters, because most of the people checking it on a Saturday morning are doing it on a phone between games. Text is easier to read at a glance, navigation is cleaner, and the overall experience is easier on the eyes whether you're a parent checking in between games or a coach looking up standings at halftime.

Tournament home – clean navigation by division, venue, or club.

My Teams schedule appears once you've favorited a team.

Your team's full schedule – times, venues, and opponents at a glance.

Following your teams just got easier too. Tap the heart next to any team name and that team is saved as a favorite. Come back to the main tournament page and you'll see a "My Teams schedule" button at the top – one tap takes you straight to your favorited teams' games, times, and venues. No more scrolling through every division to find the one game you care about.
